Steve Templeton is a genuine product of West Texas. His work ethic, values, and life perspective all were derived from a part of the country known for its sheer size, wide open spaces, and extreme diversity in economies, weather, and people... Born and raised in West Texas, Steve earned the Eagle Scout Rank as a young man, and is a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He holds bachelor's degrees in Management, Marketing and General Business, and a master's degree from the School of Hard Knocks. (If I could just graduate someday...) Steve brings 35 years of an unusual mix of experiences to the coaching relationship that gives him an uncanny ability to be extremely effective as a coach in any situation, with any type of client. He has worked in middle management for Fortune 500 companies, as well as for the sole proprietor of small businesses, and everything in between these two extremes. A self described serial entrepreneur, Steve has started, bought, and sold several small businesses in his career, each one larger and more successful than the last. Having recently sold his last business, a construction equipment rental and Bobcat dealership, he now spends his time serving as a life and business coach to help others realize their potential, and achieve their own dreams. A few of the life experiences that Steve has tried on for size include: dishwasher and potato peeler, soda jerk and short order cook, locksmith, security and fire alarm installer, supervisor and manager, professional pilot, headhunter, martial arts instructor, business owner, Scoutmaster, and church leader. He knows more than just a little about believing in, chasing, and living one's dream! His clients are individuals who have the ability to see their dream over on the other side, and are willing to begin building the bridge that will get them across that gap. Steve's coaching style is down-to-earth, simple, often humorous, and challenging. If you believe that destiny is yours for the taking and are not content to wait for that destiny to come in its own good time, Steve may be the right coach for you.
